More than a shape

Yoga brings movement, breath, attention, and choice together.

Our classes support strength, mobility, balance, and embodied awareness. The goal is not to force your body into a prescribed form. It is to practice with curiosity, receive useful guidance, and discover what steadiness can feel like today.

What to expect

A clear beginning, thoughtful progression, and options throughout.

Your teacher will orient you to the class, guide breath and movement, and offer variations so you can choose an appropriate level of effort. Depending on the format, practice may include standing postures, floor-based movement, stillness, meditation, or supported rest.

  • Arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in.
  • Wear clothing that allows comfortable movement.
  • Studio props support the practice when appropriate.
  • You are always welcome to pause, modify, or rest.

This practice is not a substitute for individualized medical or mental health care, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. If pain, injury, balance concerns, or a health condition may affect participation, consult an appropriate clinician and speak with your instructor or practitioner before participating.
