A guided first step
The Reformer adds spring resistance, a moving carriage, straps, and adjustable support to Pilates movement. This introductory pathway is designed to reduce uncertainty, establish safe equipment use, and help identify a practical next class.

What is Reformer Pilates?
The Reformer can make movement more supported, more challenging, or both. Adjustable springs and equipment positions create feedback that helps you work with control, coordination, stability, and attention.
This is different from Mat Pilates, which primarily uses bodyweight and small props. Both share Pilates principles, but the equipment experience and introductory path are distinct.
