Small movements. Purposeful effort.

Barre uses the barre, bodyweight, and small props for focused strength work. Repeated pulses and holds can feel challenging even when movements are small. Low impact describes the movement, not how hard you have to work.

Explore full-body, standing-only, slider, and core-focused formats below. Choose a comfortable range and intensity, and ask your instructor for guidance.
