Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

Learn how information is used when you visit our website, ask a question, or book a service, and how to reach us about your preferences.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

01

Information You Share

When you reach out, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, interests, preferred availability, and message. Account, reservation, and purchase details are handled through the booking service you use. Please share only what is needed to help us respond.

02

Inquiries and Follow-Up

Our general inquiry form prepares an email in your email app. Please review it and select Send there to deliver your request. Other inquiry forms may send your details directly to our team or a connected service. Once received, an inquiry may begin a series of follow-up messages, such as a confirmation, a reminder, information related to your request, or routing to the appropriate team member. Some confirmations and reminders may be sent through our communication tools. Follow-up depends on the form and contact preferences you choose. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a class, purchase a service, or enroll you in a paid subscription.

03

Staying in Touch

We may contact you about your inquiry, booking, account, or service updates. If you choose to receive news about classes, workshops, or offers, you can change your preferences or use the unsubscribe option in those messages. Where separate permission is needed for promotional calls or texts sent through our communication tools, we ask for it separately. You are welcome to ask us to stop optional follow-up.

04

Website and Connected Services

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Class accounts, reservations, and purchases currently use Mariana Tek. Google Maps appears on our contact page, and community links lead to Facebook and Instagram. Hosting and connected services may process technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, and requested pages for their operation and security. Their cookies and other technologies depend on the service and your settings; please review their notices for details.

05

Advertising Cookies

If you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel on selected public studio marketing pages to measure page visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive page addresses, browser and device information, IP addresses, and cookie identifiers and associate activity with your Meta account. The Pixel is not enabled on counseling, clinical inquiry, contact, account, or booking pages. We do not send form responses or use automatic form matching. Declining advertising cookies does not prevent you from using this website. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. These preferences apply to this website; external forms and booking services have their own settings and notices.

06

How We Use and Share Information

We use information to respond to requests, coordinate services, manage bookings and accounts, process purchases through connected providers, communicate relevant updates, and maintain the website. Information may be shared with staff and service providers involved in these tasks, or when needed to meet legal obligations or protect safety. We do not sell personal information.

07

Counseling and Sensitive Information

For general inquiries, a brief description is enough. Please avoid sharing diagnoses, treatment history, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through general forms, email, or text. Ask the counseling team how to use its designated clinical communication pathway. Counseling records, consent, and privacy arrangements are explained in separate provider documents. General studio contact channels are not monitored for urgent clinical needs.

08

Your Choices and Information Requests

You can ask us about your information, request a correction, update contact preferences, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for service, accounting, or legal reasons. Retention depends on the record and service; no single period applies to every inquiry or account. No online system can promise complete security. For privacy questions, contact info@transcendentcenter.com.

09

Children and Updates

The website is not intended for children to create accounts independently. A parent or legal guardian should manage participation when required. We update this notice as website features or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
